The Government to Supply the Steamer with Coals for the voyage - say about 150 Tons — of which 120 Tons to be best Steam Coals, and 30 Tons good patent Fuel.
The Steamer to be ready to proceed to Sea on the 20th or as soon as the Troops and Stores are on board.
The Officers to be provided with Cabin Accommodation and to mess with the master who is to receive the usual Government Allowance for Table Money of Rupees per day for Each Officer.
